All About the Toki Rewards Program
September 16, 2024
There are a lot of reasons why Toki Mats is quickly becoming a household name among parents and caregivers. Those who want premium quality baby play products that are safe, non-toxic, and functional can’t get enough of our natural latex play mats, our organic cotton picnic blankets, and more. We’ve been relentless in our pursuit of the highest quality materials and global certifications for safety, and the result is an impressive range of products for babies, toddlers, and kids that promote development and are 100% safe for them and the environment. We’re incredibly proud of the care that goes into each one of our products, and we’re so grateful to be able to do what we do. As our way of giving back, Toki Rewards is our loyalty program that allows you to earn points while you shop and then redeem those points towards rewards and discounts.
How do I sign up?
Create an account here to sign up for Toki Rewards! All you need is your first and last name, the email address you want associated with your account, and a secure password. Best of all—it’s completely free and you get 150 points just for signing up!
How do I earn points?
Earning points is simple! Just by making an account, you automatically earn 150 points. After that, you can earn points by making purchases, following us on social media, writing product reviews, and hitting order milestones. Here are all the ways you can amass points:
How do I redeem points?
Once you have 600 points, you can redeem them for a $10 voucher. Log into your account, and click Rewards in the bottom right corner. If you have enough points for a voucher or a gift, it will show up at the top of the pop-up under your total points. Here are the number of points you need for each reward:
- $10 voucher: 600 points
- $25 voucher: 1500 points
- Free cotton standard mat cover: 3000 points
- $50 voucher: 3000 points
- Free cotton mega mat cover: 4500 points
- $100 voucher: 5500 points
If I made a previous order without creating an account, do I already have points associated with that email address?
Yes! Create an account using the same email address that you used and the points from your prior order will automatically be added to your account.
Will my points expire?
Your points will expire after one year of no point activity. To keep your account active, log into your account before the year ends, and leave a review or redeem a reward. From this point, you will have another year before your points expire after no activity.
How do I earn points for a product review?
After you purchase a product, you will receive an email that allows you to review your purchase. You may fill out the review and upload a photo to earn up to 350 points!
If I use my points toward an order and I make a return, will I get my points back?
At this time, our system is unable to automatically add your points back to your account If you return an order that was placed with a reward voucher. Email support@tokimats.com to request the points, and we will add them back into your account!
Can I use my points toward a gift card?
You can redeem your points for vouchers worth $10, $25, $50, and $100, which may be used toward your gift card order.
If I have enough points for a free cover, can I choose my color/print?
Yes, you can pick whichever cotton cover you like!
Because you earn 3 points for every $1 you spend, and there are also many easy ways to earn free points, you can quickly earn enough for a voucher. Not only is creating an account completely free, it’s a good way to keep track of your purchases and save your points to use toward a big order (we see you, epic mat).
