What is Toki’s return & exchange policy?

We do our absolute best to make sure your mat arrives in perfect condition, but please understand that the mat needs some settling after shipment. We want our mats to bring you joy, and are here to help if you are unsatisfied. We accept products in their original packaging within 30 days of their arrival date.

To initiate a return, please email hello@tokimats.com. Please indicate your order number, items, and reason for return and we will provide further instructions. Once the product(s) is received and inspected, we will refund the full amount minus shipping charges.

To exchange a product, please return your original item for a full refund and purchase the new one separately.

Items purchased on sale or with store credit and any international orders cannot be returned at this time.
